Implement a business operating system (BOS) sustainably, in service to the company’s business objectives and as a means of providing structure for this family-run business.
The Turning Point
The time for action arrived after several years of inefficient operations and plateauing growth. This stagnation created tension within the family, and also occurred during the prime of Adam’s career – adding extra frustration for him. The business wasn’t thriving, family relationships were suffering, and Adam was burnt out and considering walking away.
What We’ve Done
Built on existing BOS elements to refocus and refine the company’s strategic planning, internal processes, and talent management.
Results
On track to achieve 32% growth for 2024, and should be able to exceed sales goals by approximately 7%.
