This is a full coaching package. Readiness & resilience become your company’s superpowers

  • Review current continuity and/or disaster readiness plans for operations/logistics/supply chains/ workforce accessibility.
  • Identify likely scenarios. Which are the threat multipliers?
  • Convert disaster plans into Business Continuity Plans.
  • Develop an actionable plan of readiness for each scenario. (Specific steps will be assigned to specific people with an accountability mechanism.)
  • Conduct SWOT analysis for each scenario.
  • Introduce & integrate strategic foresight with a 3 stage framework with tools to mitigate cascading impact of critical stress, trauma, and regression.
