Values Assessment
Navigating the many twists and turns of business ownership can be a complex process. Identifying & prioritizing your values provides direction in decision making & planning for future successions, mergers, or acquisitions.
accomplishment abundance achievement adventure altruism autonomy beauty clarity commitment communication community connecting to others creativity emotional health environment excellence family flexibility freedom friendship fulfillment fun holistic living honesty humor integrity intimacy joy leadership loyalty nature openness orderliness personal growth partnership physical appearance power privacy professionalism recognition respect romance security self-care self-expression self-mastery self-realization sensuality service spirituality trust truth vitality walking the talk love faith
Now, prioritize those values! Which are your top five?
How are you expressing each value in your business? How do your teams express the company’s values? How does the culture look? Where is it aligned with your values, and where does it disconnect?
As always, I would love to coach you and your family, or partner through the values assessment process.
